Shipping

Where do you ship to?

PDF patterns can be purchased internationally with no shippings costs.

Otherwise, on his website we sell to Canada and the USA. On our Etsy shop(link opens in new tab/window), we can ship internationally to any location that Etsy is willing to ship to.

Will I have to pay duties or customs?

If you're located in Canada or the USA, you shouldn't be charged duties or customs on our parcels. If you're in another country, you may incur duties, customs or taxes. Paying these charges lies solely on the buyer.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship within 1 or 2 business days unless there is a sale or holiday, in which case it may take longer. Within Canada most orders will arrive within five business days of shipping, in the USA up to ten business days, internationally up to twenty business days. All of our packages come with tracking, so you can see where your package is.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully.

Can I cancel my order?

If it contains a garment, you can cancel it only until it's been cut. Otherwise, yes, if it hasn't been shipped. Patterns are provided in PDF format and are non-refundable. Contact hello@ofelizabeth.com to cancel an order.

My order has a missing or damaged item, what can I do?

Contact us at hello@ofelizabeth.com within 14 days of receipt, and we'll help!

Order Changes

Can I change my order?

If it contains a garment, you can change it only until it's been cut. Otherwise, yes, if it hasn't been shipped. Patterns are provided in PDF format and are non-refundable. Contact hello@ofelizabeth.com to make a change.

Can I combine my orders?

If they haven't shipped! Contact hello@ofelizabeth.com and include your order numbers.

Sizing

How do I find my size in your patterns?

What is UK sizing?

UK sizing is the size system that's used in the UK and is widespread globally. We use it in all of our patterns.

Patterns

How can I download my pattern?

You should receive an email containing a download link when your payment is accepted. If you don't see one, contact hello@ofelizabeth.com.

Can I use your pattern to teach a class?

We offer special rates for classes, please get in touch at hello@ofelizabeth.com.

We consider ourselves a sustainable brand. For example, we have reduced single-use plastics in our packaging using glassine or paper bags, as well as paper stickers.
